Nutrition while running


This is a really good blog posting on nutrition while running. I still have tons of questions such as what sort of foods to eat while running? He mentioned caffeine on the run I would love to know what source of caffeine runners use? So much to learn but this post is a great source of information so check it out.

  1. Thanks for sharing the link. It is indeed very helpful. I never thought caffeine is actually good for exercising. I always thought it is a cause of becoming fat.

  2. It could be easy to be confused on that a lot of drinks that have caffeine in them have a bunch of calories as well. I really found your post helpful thanks for sharing!
