I love pasta! I had a craving for pasta tonight so I decided on my Grilled Chicken Alfredo so yummy!! I love this recipe because it is so easy to make.
My husband grilled out three big chicken breasts for me. Most of the time I make this meal with left over chicken or steak but tonight he grilled plain chicken breasts. I have to say I like it better when I get a chance to marinate the chicken first. I use the Mc Cormick's chipotle pepper marinade. I follow the marinade directions and let it sit over night then grill it.
3 big chicken breasts
1 jar of Ragu Light Parmesan Alfredo
1 Family sized bag of Steamfresh peas (if you don't like peas you can use frozen broccoli)
1/2 a box of whole wheat pasta
Then put chicken, Alfredo sauce, and peas in a skillet. Cook at a medium/high heat until peas and sauce are heated. If you want to speed up the process a bit microwave the peas for a couple of minutes and then add them into the skillet.
Put noodles in a bowl then add sauce mixture. Stir well and serve.
