Workout and food quick tips


Food Tip: Try replacing your caloric sandwich condiments with mustard. Mustard is great because has zero calories and just a bit of sodium so it is a great replacement! I know I know not everyone likes mustard and it is really hard to eat a dry sandwich if you have to have your favorite condiment try it in a lower calorie form just make sure you read labels because some times there is more sodium in them to balance out the flavor.

Workout Tip: If you can swing it, a great investment for your workouts is a heart rate monitor. This is nice because you can try different workouts and see where your heart rate is and keep it in your cardio range. I like to make sure I really kick my butt in cardio once a week. I'is good for your heart and feels great too. Don't be afraid to break a sweat that's how you know your doing it right!
